The hotel was located in a stunning snowy area, surrounded by trees and beautiful scenery. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options and fresh ingredients. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our xmas stay more enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to our standards. We found dust and hair in several places and the beddings had stains.

Great views of the snowy mountains from the room and the location was perfect for winter activities. The festive decorations throughout the hotel added a lovely touch to the Christmas atmosphere. The breakfast spread had a good variety and was delicious.
The staff were not friendly and didn't make us feel welcomed. The rooms were not cleaned properly, there was dust and hair on the floor and bed.
